they need to hire people who are a little more professional the girl hung up on me on the phone after i told her i was having sever chest pains and when i called back she said theres nothing she can do for me right no cause shes making an appt for another new patient they need to be shut down
Sat waiting OVER 2 hours past my appt time. EVERYONE is rude and doesn't care about patients they are just there for the paycheck. The only good thing about this place is Dr. Gracia.
These people are Ridiculous very unprofessional and I Can't believe there Facility is still running , My husband both arms went numb with no feeling and we went to the ER they told us to go to a neurologists , so we needed a referral and the receptionist at Mil-Lake healthcare wanted him to come as a walk in and sit there until the doctor had time to see him, where is the concern for your patient and his well being , I've never left a comment on anything but the staff their got me so upset I couldn't help it . Please when you have time look for another doctor that would put your needs in front and see you as soon as possible for you can get the help you need . Then just to wait for three weeks or for a month to be seen. If I could rate this place as zero stars I would... I HATE THIS PLACE, they need new people. Love and care for your patients ....!!!! And add some American People as part of your staff , too many haitians that dont know what there doing ..
