Never had a problem in 19 years. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. This office handles very heavy customer traffic.
I have been in the post office multiple times a week in the last 6 months due to a home business, just to drop off pre-paid packages and get a receipt. I've never had a problem with the staff. They're busy more often than not, but I still manage to get through the line and my wagon of packages in less than 45 minutes total. If I happened to package wrong, they were kind about it. I almost always joked around with whoever was helping me at the time. Not sure about mail delivery, as I believe mine is actually delivered through a different post office. I also can't comment on phone issues, as I've never called them.
Staff is wonderful, but supervisor, a female, just screamed at my husband and when he asked her to stop screaming, she screamed louder.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced by a company. The supervisors have no idea about appropriate or effective customer service. They lost my express package and after visiting the branch no less than 4 times in one week and after being told each time they will call me by the end of the day to update me on whereabouts of my package they never called. The employees are poorly trained and ineffective. The don't answer the phone, they always have extremely long lines, and give wrong and misleading information.
Disgusting, mean,worthless staff, long lines. I wanted to give zero stars but it's not possible
