All my vacation trips were wonderful. They really know what they are doing.
My experience so far with this agency has been awful. Due to health reasons I had to cancel my cruise. I have travel insurance (thank goodness) but I have been calling their office for 3 days now and they don't help me. They say they will call back but don't.
Horrible to deal with.
